Notes for Aholibamah:

Her name in Hebrew is: אהליבמה ‘Ohŏlîybâmâh (ŏ’’-hol-e-baw-maw’) Strongs #173; tent of (the) height.

It is not known at how old Aholibamah was when she married Esau, but Esau married her one year after the death of his first wife, Judith.  Although, Esau had two other wives, he must have felt that he needed a replacement for Judith and Aholibamah was the perfect choice.  (1)

Aholibamah was a Hivite and possibly worshipped false gods as Esau’s first two wives did.

In Jasher 30:24; she is known as “Ahlibamah.”
