His name in Hebrew is: כוש Kûwsh (koosh) Strongs #3568.

There isn't much mentioned about Cush in the Scriptures, but in Jasher 7:23 – 24, Cush was given the garments of skins that Adam wore from wore from his father, Ham.  Cush never showed them to his brothers, but kept them secret, but gave them to his son Nimrod.

Cush loved his son Nimrod since he was his son in his old age.

In Jubilees, Cush's name is spelled as “Chush.”
