Adam did not name Eve until after they left Eden. Yahvah formed Eve by using a rib
from Adam while Adam slept. From that, Adam called her “Woman.” However, Eve was
not formed in Eden, but somewhere outside the garden and then was brought to Adam.
Eve and Adam worked in the garden for seven years, (4) then the serpent (Satan) tempted
Eve to eat of the forbidden fruit, in which she later gave to her husband, Adam.
Yahvah expelled them from His garden where they learned how to take care of themselves.
However, Eve was cursed as well as her husband that she will bring forth children
in sorrow, and her husband shall rule over her. (5)
